The legal line, which in Victoria is sharp. Electronic gaming machines in Melbourne’s hotels and clubs are licensed by the state, sit under Victorian law and its regulator, and are limited by regional and municipal caps. Minimum age is 18. That is a regulated, inspected, physically located activity with a complaints path attached to it.

Online is a different country legally.
